About Us

It was 1992 at age 38 when Bryan Littleton (Little B) opened his first Little B's Mexican Food & Steakhouse in Hope, Arkansas. After being Director of Operations for numerous years in the family franchise business of El Chico restaurants, Bryan decided to go out and start his own concept

After trying to think of a name for the restaurant, it was decided to be named after his childhood nickname, 'Little B'. Bryan's thinking was that folks in small towns also enjoy going out to eat at a good restaurant and the big cities shouldn't be the only ones that had good restaurants. Thus the reason Bryan opened up a total of 7 locations over the course of 6 years all in the small towns of Hope, Texarkana, Searcy, Magnolia, El Dorado, Conway, and Malvern, Arkansas.

Bryan served as President of the Arkansas Restaurant Association & Chairman of the Arkansas Hospitality Association in 2001. He was also elected to National Restaurant Board of Directors representing the state of Arkansas from 2000-2006 and was honored as Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year for the entire state of Arkansas in 2003.

Bryan and his wife, Diane made the decision to move to Norfork, Arkansas in 2019 from Texas for his love of trout fishing and Diane's love of the outdoors and hiking and the beauty and serenity of the Natural State. After being here in the area for close to a year, they decided to put in a small, quaint little restaurant that would be opened 4 hours a night 4 nights a week. Thus, Little B's Grill was started in Norfork at the two rivers seating a total of 56.

After 3 years, they just outgrew the place and decided to move to Mountain Home where they could accommodate more guest and open every day. Bryan and Diane take pride in working together with their wonderful team in preparing the best quality and freshest ingredients possible and making each dish special for our wonderful guest. Also, every day Diane  makes all the sumptuous cakes and Bryan makes the Bread Pudding with a Brandy Butter sauce. You must try them before they sell out each day.
